Total Chillax In My Future
We head to Hawaii on Tuesday, and I'm sooooo looking forward to the warmth. It's been bitterly cold here in Denver for the past week: snow, wind, ice, just fucking cold. I can't wait for the trade winds and the warm sands of Hawaii.
This trip we're going to the island of Kauai - I've never been, and it's been years since Joe has been to this lush garden island. It has a giant natural canyon in the middle, and I'm totally thinking we need to take a helicopter ride to see it.
We rented a great VRBO (vacation rental by owner - a total vampire website) that includes a rental car and which is located on basically a plantation resort. I see sunbathing, island touring, beer drinking, and snorkeling in my near future.
My packing list is done, and I'm ready to shed my sweats for shorts!
